Julia began her career as a stylist when she was 28, and has since emerged as one of the most talented and sought-out stylists in the Valley of the Sun. She considers hairstyling an art, and enjoys the use of color and shape in the same way that a painter might approach their craft. She loves working with her clients to create a look that is attractive and easy to manage, and celebrates the beauty they walk with. She takes the utmost pleasure in seeing a client light up as they become more comfortable and confident in their own skin.

Julia is passionate about helping people find their inner beauty, and appreciates the trust and encouragement of her clients. She loves fashion and helping people, and is especially good with kids. On a personal level, Julia enjoys personal challenges and learning new things. She enjoys getaways with her husband David and is especially grateful to her daughter Ashley for being her biggest fan. In her free time, she does mission work in Mexico with her husband, who is a pastor at Christ Lutheran Church, and participates in a number of community activities and organizations.

With more than 30 years of experience, Cindy Engstrom is known for creating luxury, transformative looks through customized color and hair extensions. Trained in Boston, she became a certified Great Lengths extension specialist in 2000 and has since expanded her expertise with certifications in weft, micro bead, fusion, and tape-in extension methods.
